KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS DONATE FUNDS FOR STUDENT BICYCLE REWARDS AT CHEROKEE ELEMENTARY
Cherokee Elementary School presented three students with new bicycles for their good behavior and academic accomplishments for the second nine weeks of the 2009-2010 school year. These students were selected from the Caught Ya Being Good program and presented with a bicycle during the morning news show. The winners are K'veona Mathis from Ms. Faith Milner's Kindergarten room, Norris Coleman from Mrs. Sandra Perry's First grade room, and Lyrri Abrams from Mrs. Kimberly Griffin's Second grade room. Cherokee would like to thank the Knights of Columbus for donating the funds to purchase the bicycles.
